The circRNA 0062557 and circRNA 0026143 were overexpressed in EC, consistent with the data from microarray; however, there is no statistical significance. The data confirmed that circRNA 0023115 and circRNA 0000673 were significantly lower expressed, with 5.7-and 1.7 fold change downregulated in EC compared with EU (p < 0.05).
