we suggested that hsacirc_004413 inhibited apoptosis by sponging miR-145-5p, thereby promoting SGC-7901-5-Fu cell proliferation, and chemoresistance. These findings provided new insights into the mechanism of 5-Fu resistant gastric cancer, which is an urgent clinical problem to be solved.
