Biological function: The expression level of circZNF609 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma tissue was (1.44¡À0.22), higher than (0.37¡À0.14) in the control tissues (P<0.001). The cell survival rate of the si-ZNF609 group was (51.74¡À6.39)%, lower than (100.00¡À10.23)% of the control group and the (99.64¡À11.67)% of the si-con group (P<0.001). The proportion of cells in the G(0)/G(1) phase was (63.25¡À4.11)%, higher than (48.62¡À4.32)% of the control group and (47.12¡À3.20)% of the si-con group (P<0.001), the apoptosis rate was (13.36¡À1.42)%, higher than (3.65¡À0.47)% of the control group and (3.84¡À0.62)% of the si-con group (P<0.05).
