Description:

Thus, our results showed that the heterogeneously expressed circRNA circSKA3 is complexed with integrin beta1 and TKS5 to form exosomes. circSKA3 can be transmitted via tumor-derived exosomes to potentiate the invasive potential of breast cancer cells expressing lower levels of circSKA3. Transmission of circSKA3 allows for the maintenance of advantageous invasive sub-clones in breast cancer.
