Our study demonstrated that circCNIH4 played a tumor-inhibiting role through upregulating DKK2 and FRZB expression and suppressing Wnt/beta-catenin pathway in gastric cancer, which might provide a potential biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
