Description:

Despite the great genomic variations among the different patients, we were still able to identify two circRNAs (hsa_circRNA_104075 and hsa_circRNA_100338) that were significantly up-regulated in HCC samples compared with paired pericancerous tissue samples. These results further validated our findings and implied that these circRNAs may play important roles in HCC carcinogenesis.
