Chr15:67588477|67588841, chr19:9683854|9684128, chr1:87010380|87010777 and chr8:71336875|71337745 were down-regulated in the hyperoxia group compared to the normoxia group, which is consistent with the RNA-seq data. However, both chr18:49891333|49891588 and chr1:142682098|142682602 are predicted to be up-regulated in the RNA-seq, although the RT-PCR results indicate that these two genes are down-regulated.
